What you will be doing:
  • Interact with senior agents and management.
  • Mentorship from agents to explore the fundamentals of commercial real estate.
  • Conduct company and industry-specific research.
  • Provide support to Brokers on presenting properties and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
  • Assist with advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
  • Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring along:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Mid-level to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Uses computer and phone for work order system, email, and training.
